About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for a privately owned, award-focused restaurant with rooms set in a stunning rural Perthshire location. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, close-knit team where you will be genuinely hands-on, influential, and involved in all aspects of front-of-house service. The venue delivers a refined but relaxed dining experience, hosts intimate weddings and private events, and prides itself on exceptional service rather than corporate formality. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day food and beverage service across restaurant, events and private dining
- Deliver warm, polished, guest-focused service at all times
- Support training and development of a small front-of-house team
- Coordinate service with the kitchen to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
- Assist with reservations, guest enquiries and special requirements
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness and presentation throughout all areas
- Take a leadership role during weddings and events, adapting to changing service needs
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
About You
- Essential Previous experience in a fine dining (ideally Rosette) restaurant
- Background in quality-led hospitality (fine dining, boutique hotels, high-end casual)
- Confident leading service while remaining hands-on
- Excellent communication and guest-care skills
- Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (Ideal but not essential)
- Desirable Wine knowledge or strong interest in developing wine and beverage skills
- Experience with small teams and owner-operated businesses
- Event or wedding service experience
