My client is seeking a talented and ambitious Sous Chef for a stunning 15th-century historic property and boutique hotel operating with a prestigious 2 AA Rosette background.
The Role: Working closely with the senior kitchen team, you will help drive day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain immaculate food standards, and assist in delivering exceptional à la carte and tasting menus centred around the finest seasonal, locally-sourced produce.
Key Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience at Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie level.
- A background working within a 2 AA Rosette or fine dining establishment is essential.
- A strong passion for fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and modern cuisine.
- Strong leadership qualities to support and inspire the brigade during high-pressure services.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene, EHO guidelines, and HACCP compliance.
