My client, a luxury hotel in Sussex, is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team. The 30 bedroom hotel enjoys a fantastic reputation for the quality of its food and has an ever changing menu using seasonal ingredients.

The successful candidate will have excellent fine dining experience, preferably Michelin, as well as good communication skills and man management, along with a positive attitude.
