We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for a privately owned, award-focused restaurant with rooms set in a stunning rural Perthshire location. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day food and beverage service across restaurant, events and private dining
  • Deliver warm, polished, guest-focused service at all times
  • Support training and development of a small front-of-house team
  • Coordinate service with the kitchen to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
  • Assist with reservations, guest enquiries and special requirements
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness and presentation throughout all areas
  • Take a leadership role during weddings and events, adapting to changing service needs
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

About You

  • Essential Previous experience in a fine dining (ideally Rosette) restaurant
  • Background in quality-led hospitality (fine dining, boutique hotels, high-end casual)
  • Confident leading service while remaining hands-on
  • Excellent communication and guest-care skills
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence (Ideal but not essential)
  • Desirable Wine knowledge or strong interest in developing wine and beverage skills
  • Experience with small teams and owner-operated businesses
  • Event or wedding service experience
