We are recruiting on behalf of the highly regarded operation for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team within this busy and well established coastal venue. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, leading and developing the brigade while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and service.
The Role
- Lead and manage all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Develop, motivate and support the kitchen brigade
- Maintain high standards of fresh food preparation and presentation
- Manage GP, labour costs and stock control effectively
- Work closely with senior management on menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure excellent hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation
- Deliver smooth, consistent service during busy seasonal trade
- Continue developing the venues strong food reputation
