Baxendale Mason Ltd is a modern Hospitality Recruitment Agency based in Bowdon. We are recruiting for a new consultant to join our team. We have been in business since 2018 and work with all the top hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs across the whole of the UK. We only work with candidates who are seeking full time permanent positions within the hospitality industry.
The successful individual will be allocated a certain area and will be responsible for managing the existing relationships and creating new ones with clients in that particular area. Please note that while previous experience in recruitment may well be advantageous, we do offer full training on all aspects of the role including our ever growing database of clients and candidates.
The consultants at Baxendale Mason work on a self employed basis and are paid on a 50% commission structure. Job boards, database access, IT support, training, credit control and collections are all provided. This role provides uncapped earning potential. Please note there is no basic salary but we do have a quarterly bonus on top of the 50% commission on all placements.
For reference, our top earner in 2025 took home £75,000 in commission and bonus. Once the initial training is completed, the successful candidate will have the option to work remotely or from our office in Bowdon.
