Hotel Aberdeenshire £35,000+ DOE + Tips | Live-in Available I am recruiting for a Head Chef to join an established 4-star hotel in Aberdeenshire.

This is a busy, successful operation with consistently high occupancy throughout the year, combining corporate and leisure guests alongside a significant banqueting and events business.

The hotel has held 1 AA Rosette for a number of years , with the focus firmly on maintaining consistent standards rather than chasing accolades.

The property: 47 bedrooms including 3 suites Established 1 AA Rosette restaurant Banqueting and events for up to 220 guests Very strong year-round occupancy, regularly reaching 100% Mix of corporate and leisure clientele Accommodation available at a sister property approximately 3 miles away Tips in addition to salary The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience within a quality/Rosette kitchen alongside strong banqueting experience .
