The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation and is well known for its traditional dishes created using fresh and seasonal Scottish ingredients. The successful candidate will have experience in a Sous Chef role and be a strong personality which good communication skills. The salary for the Senior Sous Chef is up to £40,000 per annum. Tronc of £2,000 to £4,000 in addition. 44 hours per week over 5 days including breakfast, lunch and evening events.
