Duty Manager / Assistant General Manager Aberdeenshire Circa £30,000 DOE I am recruiting for a Duty Manager to join a busy and established 4-star hotel in Aberdeenshire.
This could also potentially develop into an Assistant General Manager position for the right individual , so I would be particularly interested in speaking with ambitious hospitality managers looking for increased responsibility and progression.
The hotel comprises 47 bedrooms including 3 suites , an established 1 AA Rosette restaurant and a substantial banqueting operation catering for events of up to 220 guests.
Occupancy levels are consistently strong throughout the year, with a predominantly corporate clientele alongside leisure guests.
The successful candidate will come from a quality hotel or hospitality background and be comfortable operating within a busy, guest-focused environment.
Previous Rosette experience would be advantageous but isn't essential where someone can demonstrate a strong quality background.
Salary is circa £30,000 , with flexibility for the right individual and depending on the eventual scope of the position.
