My client, a modern pub and steak restaurant in Cobham, are currently recruiting for a new Head Chef to lead the operation.
This individual would be reporting into the Group Head Chef with a Group Sous Chef supporting them along the way.
The most important thing for this candidate is they must be able to lead a kitchen to deliver consistently great food, with a menu reflecting the season, instil and maintain health and safety standards, control stock and be able to price menus up appropriately.
The restaurant offers bespoke butchery cuts, fresh seafood and ever changing seasonal ingredients.
The salary package for the Head Chef is up to £50,000 per annum (including tronc). There is also scope to earn up to £4k in bonus.
45 hours per week.
