My client, an extremely busy countryside pub located in the heart of the South Downs near Goodwood, is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their friendly and professional kitchen team. The team at the pub pride themselves on delivering high-quality seasonal British food using fresh produce sourced from trusted local suppliers.

This role is ideally suited to a seasoned chef who thrives in a busy fresh-food environment and is passionate about leading from the front. You will play a key role in menu development, kitchen standards, team leadership and helping drive the business towards Rosette-level dining standards. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a genuine impact within a privately owned and ambitious pub operation.

The salary on offer is in the region of £45,000 plus Tronc which is an additional £6,000 so around £51,000 total package.
