My client, a beautiful restaurant and cocktail bar in Newbury, is currently looking for a Chef de Partie with the hope to move to Junior Sous Chef. This is an award-winning, highly regarded restaurant that has gained 3 Rosettes. They are looking for someone keen and ambitious, ideally with some Rosette experience.

The salary is £30k with £6k tronc.
