I am currently recruiting for a hands-on Front of House Manager to join a beautifully designed independent boutique hotel in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who loves guest interaction, thrives within a personalised hospitality environment and enjoys being heavily involved in the day-to-day operation rather than simply managing from behind a desk.

You will be responsible for overseeing reception and guest relations whilst supporting the wider hotel operation across reservations, breakfast service, bar service and overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate will come from a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality background and be confident leading from the front within a small close-knit team.

The role will involve:

  • Managing the guest journey from enquiry through to departure
  • Overseeing daily Front of House operations
  • Leading and motivating the FOH team
  • Handling guest requests and service recovery professionally
  • Supporting reservations and direct bookings
  • Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the hotel
  • Working closely with ownership to help drive consistency and guest satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Previous hotel Front of House management or senior supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Warm, personable and professional approach
  • Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for boutique hospitality and guest experience

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected independent hotel with genuine personality, autonomy and massive room for growth as the business continues to evolve. Salary dependent on experience.
