They are seeking a driven and skilled Sous Chef to join their business, offering a competitive package of up to £45,000 per annum plus tips and short term relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High-quality hotel or restaurant experience (ideally Rosette or Michlin exposure)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a brigade alongside the Head Chef
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
- A passion for seasonal cooking and menu development
- Solid operational awareness, including stock control, costings and kitchen management
