A distinguished country house hotel in the heart of Perthshire, embarking on an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership. We are assembling a dynamic F&B team of passionate hospitality professionals, and we are now looking for a Restaurant Manager & F&B Supervisor to help shape and lead the guest experience in our fine dining restaurant.
About the Role
We are seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a refined, service-driven environment and believe in the power of teamwork, leadership, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead daily food and beverage service in our fine dining restaurant.
- Deliver warm, intuitive service that creates memorable guest experiences.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of a new front-of-house team.
- Maintain service standards and ensure all staff are aligned with the hotel's brand and values.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B Manager and Head Chef on service flow, events, and promotions.
- Take initiative in resolving guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Assist in creating and implementing ideas to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 1–2 years of experience in fine dining or premium hotel restaurant service.
- Demonstrates a hands-on, guest-focused leadership style.
- Brings a genuine passion for food, wine, and high-end service.
- Confident in managing floor operations, delegating tasks, and leading a team.
- Flexible with shifts and committed to supporting the team where needed.
- Calm under pressure, well-organized, and proactive in solving problems.
