The Role:
- Support the Head Chef with menu development and daily specials
- Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence
- Maintain the pub's Rosette-level standards through attention to detail and quality ingredients
- Ensure efficient ordering, stock control, and food safety compliance
- Contribute to the smooth running of busy service in both lunch and dinner settings
About You:
- Previous experience in a quality kitchen, ideally with Rosette or similar fine dining background
