Sous Chef

My clients\’ are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at their Four Star Country House Hotel, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Surrounded by acres of private grounds on the banks of the River Bure they are one of the top boutique hotels in Norfolk and proudly hold a 2 Star AA Rosette Award for outstanding gastronomy.

• £33,500 Per Annum approximately – made up of £31,000 basic salary & £1,800 share of the tips annually, approximately £120.00 per month
• 45 hours per week (all hours above this will be given in lieu or overtime my clients\’ have stressed they will not expect you to work more hours for no pay)
• Yearly bonus
• No split shifts
