My client, a 4-star luxury seaside Boutique Hotel, require a Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. Offering boutique accommodation, fresh, seasonal Cornish food, and delightful drinks in a friendly welcoming environment, surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the Roseland Peninsula, my client's Hotel & Restaurant is a destination for everybody.
The Menu is based on wonderful produce from the local water, land and earth. Think Italian style fresh small plates, handmade pasta and delicious wood fired pizzas, alongside a young, vibrant atmosphere.
The Senior Sous Chef role offers:

The ideal Senior Sous Chef candidate will:
