My client, a luxury hotel near Winchester, is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive the business forward. The hotel is part of a successful group and plays host to numerous weddings and events throughout the year and has many other facilities which my client is looking to develop.
The Hospitality Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, securing new business, and promoting the services of the hotel. They work closely with the marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will come from a hospitality background and will have worked in a similar role for over 2 years. Salary for the Sales Manager role is around £35,000 but based on experience. Bonuses achievable.
