Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, showcasing proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Genuine love for the culinary arts and a keen desire to stay abreast of the latest gastronomic trends.
- Strong organizational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with a knack for multitasking.
- Impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Although advantageous, formal culinary qualifications are not mandatory.
