My client, a stunning boutique hotel in Hampshire, is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the back of house team. They offer a relaxed but indulgent dining experience, and promise attentive service, sumptuous décor and, of course, great food.

Focussing wherever possible on local produce and the local region along with local seafood, their restaurant reflects the very best in quality ingredients, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.

They are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with experience in a similar venue. They do have live-in accommodation. Salary dependent on experience.
