  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.

  • Help in menu development, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are at the forefront.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent culinary excellence.

  • Manage stock control, ordering, and maintain food cost management.

  • Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity.

  • Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business.

  • Competitive salary up to £30K plus tips.

  • Shift hours from 12 noon to 10pm (with flexibility as needed).
