My client is looking for CDPs and a Sous Chef with solid 3AA Rosette backgrounds to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside. They are looking for chefs that are passionate about food who will be able to work alongside their current Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to help deliver a higher level of menus.
Sous Chef: £40,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc, 48 hrs per week, Live in accommodation is available either temporary or permanent.
CDP: £34,000 - £36,000, Live in accommodation is available either temporary or permanent.
