To ensure that BAWSO provides a happy, safe and enjoyable experience for developing children and young people, ensuring a high quality of childcare at all times to meet the educational, social and cultural needs of individual children. The post holder will support children who have witnessed or experienced domestic abuse and plan and provide stimulating, safe, and appropriate play opportunities.

Eligibility: This role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).

Qualifications and knowledge: NVQ 3 Certificate in Childcare is essential. Support work experience is desirable for this role.
