The predicted salary is between 33953 - 41499 Β£ per year.

Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.

Role

To ensure that Bawsoprovides a happy, safe and enjoyable experience for developing children and young people, ensuring a high quality of childcare at all times to meet the educational, social and cultural needs of individual children.

The post holder will support children who have witnessed or experienced domestic abuse and plan and provide stimulating, safe, and appropriate play opportunities.

This role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1)

Qualifications and knowledge

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification (or above) in childcare, working with young people, or working with families and children.
  • Support work experience is desirable for this role.
