Role Overview
We’re hiring an SEO / PPC Specialist to join the performance marketing side of our agency. You will develop and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) while developing and optimising SEO strategies to ensure high visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Management & Delivery: Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, site audits, and performance analysis, optimise website content, metadata, and structure for improved rankings, monitor SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, provide regular insights and reporting on organic performance.
- PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, create targeted ad copy and compelling creative, set up conversion tracking and analyse campaign data, implement A/B testing and CRO tactics to maximise ROI, regularly report on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in SEO and PPC management. Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns and improving organic performance.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, GA4, and other relevant tools.
- Skills: Data-driven approach with a keen analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication, creative thinker with a strategic approach, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Mindset: Ambitious and commercially aware, driven to see tangible results and improve performance, collaborative team player with a growth mindset, passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
Compensation & Progression
Compensation: Based on experience and seniority. OTE will also be discussed during interviews. Career Growth: Opportunity to lead the performance marketing team as the agency scales.
