Als Plant Manager übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Leistungsfähigkeit, die strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung eines Produktionsstandortes mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden.
Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Produktion, Technik, Instandhaltung, Qualität und operative Prozesse
- Sicherstellung eines sicheren, effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Produktionsbetriebs
- Steuerung der Produktionsplanung sowie optimaler Ressourcennutzung
- Gewährleistung höchster Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards
- Führung und Umsetzung strategischer Investitionsprojekte im Bereich UHT-Produktion und wertschöpfender Milchprodukte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur erfolgreichen Realisierung von Transformations- und Wachstumsprojekten
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Management-Methoden sowie Effizienz- und Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung für Facility Management, technische Infrastruktur und Versorgungsanlagen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher Health-, Safety- und Environmental-Standards
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation eines Teams von rund 100 Mitarbeitenden
- Aufbau einer leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur mit Fokus auf Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zusammenarbeit und Operational Excellence
- Sparringspartner des lokalen CEO bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen
Profil
- Sie verbinden ausgeprägte operative Expertise mit einer modernen, wertschätzenden Führungskompetenz und verstehen es, Menschen ebenso erfolgreich zu entwickeln wie Produktionsstandorte
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Molkerei- oder Lebensmittelindustrie
- Nachweisliche Expertise in UHT-Technologien und aseptischen Produktionsprozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards wie BRC, IFS oder vergleichbarer Systeme
- Erfolgreiche Leitung von Investitions-, Modernisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Führung mittelständischer bis größerer Produktionsorganisationen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Umsetzungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken
