BauWatch UK is looking for a Business Development Executive to provide leading-edge security solutions that give our customers peace of mind. We are the European leader in mobile video surveillance, and we aim to contribute to a future worth living by building a sustainable business.

About The Role:

Based from home and working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales and marketing team, you will focus on regional sales within North London and the surrounding areas. You will manage and grow both new and existing business, identifying, negotiating, and closing contracts to maximise market penetration. Your role is key to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and service.

Key Tasks to Include:

  • Prepare and deliver customer or market-based business plans to maximise revenue growth within North London.
  • Support other regional salespersons with leads and conversions in their territories.
  • Create and record new sales opportunities through targeted approaches.
  • Promote the BauWatch brand, core values, and mission statement.
  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S requirements.

About You:

  • Target driven and competitive in a collaborative way.
  • Resilient with the ability to manage the pipeline from suspect to client.
  • Proficient in using technology, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Quality-oriented and solution-focused.
  • A team player who promotes mutual communication and relationships.
  • Independent and able to solve problems without supervision.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Friendly and willing to travel, holding a full driving license with a maximum of three penalty points.
