We are a friendly and growing furniture import company based in Bicester (on the old Upper Heyford airbase), currently looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our day shift team.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving the movement of heavy furniture products, both manually and using equipment such as forklifts. You\’ll be joining a small, supportive team where a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Operate forklifts (including clamp attachments) to load/unload containers
• Carry out stock replenishment across multiple buildings
• Learn to drive and operate HGV vehicles for moving trailers on-site (training provided if not already qualified)
• Connect and disconnect trailers as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Monday to Friday 3pm till 11.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

• Bicester OX25 5HA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• counter balance FLT: 2 years (required)
• Reach FLT: 2 years (required)
• Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving (preferred)
