As a certified B Corp, sustainability and ethics are at the heart of everything we do. Our collections are designed for the modern woman seeking effortless style without compromising on values.

We are now expanding our range further into accessories and looking for a Freelance Bag Designer with a background in luxury or premium bag design to lead the development of our first capsule collection.

  • Conduct trend, market and material research with a focus on key items and shapes
  • Source and propose relevant environmentally responsible materials and trims
  • Develop clear and accurate tech packs for sample development
  • Liaise with our sourcing and production teams to ensure quality and feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director to ensure the bags meets the needs and aesthetics of the brand

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing bags within a luxury or premium fashion environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing bag design work with leather
  • Solid understanding of sustainable materials and practices, construction techniques and leather goods factories in Europe
  • Experience creating detailed tech packs. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
