Bauhaus Recruitment is looking to connect with experienced Data Cabling Engineers, subcontractors and contracting teams for a growing pipeline of projects across Glasgow and throughout Scotland. We are recruiting for short-term, long-term and project-based assignments across a variety of environments, including:
- Stadiums and sports centres
- Commercial offices and buildings
- Supermarkets and retail stores
- Data centres and communications rooms
- New installations, upgrades and refurbishments
Typical duties may include installing, terminating and testing Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a cabling, cabinet work, containment, labelling, Wi-Fi access points and general structured cabling installations.
Applicants should ideally have:
- Previous data cabling experience
- CSCS or ECS card
- Own tools and transport
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- IPAF, testing or fibre experience would be advantageous
