Bauer Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment UK represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the UK. We are searching for a new colleague to support us as Service Technician – Special Foundation (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
- Receive service requests, conduct technical diagnosis and repair of all BAUER Equipment at BAUER facilities, at customer sites, or at business partner locations.
- Provide technical assistance in person or by phone to BAUER internal and external parties and individuals.
- Coordinate service requests with appropriate Service departments and the corresponding manager/supervisor.
- Research and determine spare parts needs and suggest spare part packages to customers.
- Compliance, participate and execute BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
Your profile:
- High school diploma or degree in a mechanical, hydraulic or electrical machinery related field or equivalent education.
- Several years of training and/or experience as Technician, Mechanic, Electrician or similar position, experience in field repair and troubleshooting desired.
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Must have a valid passport and driver’s license in the UK.
