Our Team: How we enrich everyday life: You will be joining Bauer Media Audio’s Marketing Team, a creative and collaborative group working across some of the UK’s most loved audio brands, including KISS, Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Absolute Radio, Kerrang and Planet Rock. Our work spans radio, podcasts, social video, competitions, live events and our listening app, Rayo. You’ll be part of our newly formed Design Hub, a growing team of designers and video producers who work closely with marketing, podcast, social and commercial teams. Together, we create bold, engaging and consistent creative that connects with millions of listeners and viewers every day.

The difference you will make: In this role, you will play a key part in bringing Bauer’s brands to life through high-quality, engaging design. You’ll take ownership of briefs, contribute creative ideas and deliver polished assets across digital, print and integrated campaigns, helping ensure our creative output is audience-focused, consistent and impactful. Your role:

  • Designing digital assets for social media, websites, email, competitions, events and marketing campaigns
  • Adapting and optimising creative across multiple platforms and formats
  • Editing, retouching and enhancing imagery for digital use
  • Producing print design and supplying accurate print-ready artwork
  • Managing briefs independently from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborating closely with designers, producers, editors and wider stakeholders
  • Supporting the Creative Lead on larger or integrated campaigns
  • Providing guidance to junior designers when required

The Skills you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout and typography
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Experience designing for digital and social platforms
  • Ability to prepare print-ready artwork
  • Confident communicator who can interpret briefs and present ideas clearly
  • Interest in media, digital design trends and emerging creative tools
