You will be joining the Bauer Create team who are Bauer Media’s specialist advertising and creative production team. We work at the intersection of creativity, commercial thinking, and audience impact, producing high-quality video and content solutions for clients across the UK.
The Bauer Create video team is a highly skilled unit within this wider business. We are solely responsible for delivering video-led projects across social media, branded content, and TV commercials for our clients.
The Difference you will make
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role. As a Video Producer you will be responsible for delivering video projects from brief through to final delivery. You will work closely with Bauer Create colleagues, including creative and advertising specialists, as well as with Bauer sales teams. This role has a direct impact on video revenue, and you will regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape, deliver, and refine video solutions for our clients. This is a field‑based role with significant travel so a full UK driving licence is essential, as the role includes access to a company vehicle.
Your role
The role covers a broad mix of output, including:
- Social-first video content
- Branded and commercial video
- TV commercials
- Event coverage and promotional content
- Virtual Tour capturing and editing (training will be provided)
You will be expected to:
- Confidently run projects solo from brief to delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues on more conceptual or multi‑discipline projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of deadlines, quality, and delivery
The Skills you will bring
- A full clean driving license is essential, as the role includes a company vehicle.
- Able to manage camera operation and filming in a range of environments.
- Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing long-form and short‑form content.
- Experience Social‑first editing techniques for social media platforms.
- Comfortable working with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Basic After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Pattern/Location
This is a field‑based role with significant travel. You can expect up to three filming days per week, depending on workload with some early starts. This includes filming across the UK, predominantly in England with occasional overnight stays away from home. Any relevant travel costs will be covered and a company car is included.

As part of your role you will be provided with a standardised set of equipment for your day‑to‑day but also have access to a wider collection of specialist kit. Your standard kit will include:

- Sony 24‑70mm and 16‑35mm lenses

- Standard Lighting – Aperture 300x and Dracast LED panels
