This role sits within a GLA‐funded programme, positioning Bauer Academy at the centre of shaping skills and talent across London's creative industries. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, influential partners and forward‐thinking teams across the sector. This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand‐new, funded initiative at the forefront of the creative industries and shape the Sector Hub from the ground up, building its vision, direction and impact from day one, paving the future of skills within the creative industries. As Head of Creative Sector Hub, you will define and lead a strategic initiative that directly addresses the challenges and opportunities facing the sector today.
The Head of Creative Skill and Partnerships is a connector and influencer, bringing together senior voices from across the industry to shape solutions to shared challenges. Your work will directly influence how the industry tackles skills gaps, improves access, and creates new pathways into creative careers.
Your Role
- You'll head up the Sector Hub, setting its strategic direction and ensuring it delivers measurable impact, leading the development of new initiatives from funded training programmes to a central hub for industry insight and collaboration.
- You'll work across a diverse and complex landscape, spanning everything from film and TV to fashion, music and digital, bringing together voices from across the creative industries.
- You'll build powerful partnerships, influence industry conversations and ensure the Sector Hub becomes a trusted and impactful voice across the creative landscape.
- Your leadership will drive tangible outcomes that make a real difference.

Working Pattern & Location
This is a full‐time role on an initial 18 month contract based in the London office twice a week with the rest home‐working.
