Our Team: How we enrich everyday life. You’ll be joining the team behind one of Scotland’s biggest and most loved radio shows, Boogie in the Morning. Broadcasting across Hits Radio Network Scotland (including Forth 1), this is a high-profile, award-winning breakfast show delivering strong audience results. This is a collaborative, fast-moving environment where presenters, producers and the wider content team work closely together to create bold, personality-led content. You will work alongside an experienced producer, presenters and multi-platform teams to deliver standout content every day.

Your role:

  • You will lead the day-to-day production and creative delivery of a major breakfast show, ensuring high-quality and engaging output.
  • Plan, produce and deliver live breakfast shows.
  • Generate original, engaging content ideas.
  • Work closely with presenters to maximise performance.
  • Manage fast-paced, live studio output.
  • Extend content across social, video and digital platforms.
  • Support guests, features and competitions.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing and digital teams.
  • Maintain strong editorial judgement and output quality.

The Skills you will bring:

  • Proven radio/audio producer experience.
  • Experience working with presenters or on‑air talent.
  • Strong creative thinking and content development ability.
  • Experience in a live studio environment.
  • Strong editorial judgement and organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop talent.
