As part of a wider technology transformation, the team is moving from market‑specific systems to a set of centralised, cloud‑based platforms that support both traditional broadcast and digital streaming. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple countries, helping to ensure shared applications are reliable, scalable, and deliver a consistent experience. As systems become more centralised, you will help ensure they are reliable, well‑supported, and trusted by teams across international markets. You will act as a key technical owner for a set of shared platforms, supporting their day‑to‑day operation while also driving continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact how effectively live broadcast and digital audio content is delivered, helping to maintain seamless output in fast‑paced, time‑critical environments. This role blends hands‑on technical support with proactive thinking, where you will not only resolve issues but also identify root causes, improve systems, and contribute to their ongoing evolution.
Your role. You will provide technical support and ownership of centralised broadcast and media applications, ensuring they operate reliably and evolve to meet business needs.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operation of shared audio applications
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues as a second‑line escalation point
- Investigating recurring issues and identifying root causes
- Working with external suppliers to resolve deeper technical problems
- Collaborating with product managers on improvements, upgrades, and integrations
- Supporting the transition of systems from project delivery into live operation
- Maintaining clear documentation for systems and processes
- Managing a backlog of fixes, enhancements, and improvements
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries
