The difference you will make: As Editor‑in‑Chief of Grazia, you will lead the overall editorial vision, brand voice and content strategy across all platforms, ensuring the brand remains culturally influential, commercially competitive and deeply connected to its audience. Working closely with the Publisher and senior leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the brand, driving audience, reach and revenue growth across print, digital, social, live experiences and partnerships. You will combine exceptional editorial instinct with strong strategic and commercial acumen, balancing creativity with performance to deliver growth across the business. As the leader of the editorial team and a high‑profile ambassador for the brand, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen Grazia’s position as a leading voice in fashion, luxury and entertainment.
Your role:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing editorial team and next‑generation talent, fostering a collaborative, ambitious and future‑focused culture.
- Lead an efficient, collaborative and future‑focused editorial operation across print, digital and social, with strong workflows, planning processes and resource allocation.
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, audience, content, production and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Take joint responsibility for the commercial and audience growth strategy of the Grazia brand, balancing editorial excellence with commercial performance and market competitiveness.
- Define and execute the editorial vision and differentiation of Grazia across all platforms, driving sustainable audience engagement and revenue across newsstand, and digital – via website, social, AN+ and email.
- Shape cultural conversations and maintain Grazia’s position as a leading voice in fashion, luxury and entertainment.
- Act as an ambassador for Grazia across the fashion, luxury and media industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key fashion, luxury and commercial partners – representing Grazia externally at industry events, brand activations and international fashion weeks.
- Use audience insight, performance data and market trends to inform editorial strategy and content planning.

Working pattern / location: This is a hybrid role with 3 × anchor days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) when you will be based in our London office. The rest of the time you’ll work from home. The role involves international travel at key times in the fashion calendar and attendance at out‑of‑hours events.
