  • Proven experience working in the fashion and luxury world, with strong editorial judgement and a sharp understanding of the cultural landscape.
  • Deep cross‑platform expertise, with a clear grasp of how to grow audiences across digital and social, alongside experience of flat‑planning and producing premium print products.
  • Strong network of industry relationships across fashion, luxury and entertainment.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to represent Grazia confidently across the fashion, luxury and commercial landscape.
  • Demonstrable adaptability and curiosity around emerging technologies and AI, with an understanding of how these tools can support editorial workflows, audience growth and innovation while maintaining strong editorial judgement and reader trust.
