About the Role
We are hiring an AI Product Lead to join our AI Enablement team. This is a hands-on product role, focused on discovering, validating, and delivering AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to understand workflows, identify repeatable high-value opportunities, and turn them into practical AI products. A core part of the role is owning the product development of AI Assistants within our internal generative AI platform, Bauer AI Chat, ensuring they integrate into day-to-day work and deliver measurable business impact. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the detail, running experiments, shaping roadmaps, and driving delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve Real Problems
- Lead structured discovery across business areas to understand challenges, workflows, and unmet needs.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping to identify where AI can add meaningful value.
- Translate business problems into clear, actionable product opportunities with defined impact and feasibility.
- Act as the bridge between business teams and engineering, ensuring problems are well understood before solutions are built.
- Own rapid experimentation cycles from hypothesis through to prototype, testing, and iteration.
- Validate opportunities using evidence rather than assumptions.
- Translate validated use cases into clear product requirements and prioritised roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver AI-powered features into production.
- Own the roadmap for AI Assistants within Bauer AI Chat.
- Define success criteria and KPIs for AI initiatives and Assistants.
- Track impact including time saved, quality improvements, and adoption.
- Report outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and refine priorities based on insight.
- Ensure solutions are adopted, embedded, and delivering sustained value.
- Partner with the Change Director (Bauer Media Outdoor AI Lead) to support AI education and awareness initiatives.
- Lead the AI Champions Network across the organisation and empower champions across the organisation.
- Run training, pilots, demos, and feedback loops to embed AI into everyday work.
- Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
- Champion user-centric, experiment-first and data-led decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in product management, with exposure to AI, data, or automation.
- Strong experience running discovery workshops and process mapping exercises.
- Proven ability to run rapid experiments or prototypes and learn quickly from results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and measuring KPIs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in supporting change, adoption, or upskilling programmes.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritising effectively.
What Success Looks Like
- You’ve built a steady pipeline of well-understood AI opportunities by spending time with teams, mapping how they work, and identifying where AI can genuinely help.
- You’re running fast, practical experiments that turn ideas into evidence, allowing you to shape a clear and credible AI product roadmap.
- AI Assistants are being delivered into Bauer AI Chat quickly, often in weeks rather than months, and are embedded into day-to-day workflows.
- There is clear, measurable improvement in how teams work, including time saved, better quality outputs, and strong adoption.
- Colleagues across the business are more confident using AI, with growing capability and trust in the tools being delivered.
