About The Role
We're building a new AI Enablement team at Bauer Media Outdoor and seeking a Product Lead to lead the discovery, design and delivery of AI-powered opportunities across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with business teams to map processes, identify repeatable, high-value use cases, and run rapid experiments to validate solutions. You'll also play a vital role in supporting organisational change, delivering education, driving adoption, and engaging the AI Champions Network to embed AI into everyday work. A key responsibility will be leading the product development of AI Assistants within our internal generative AI tool, Bauer AI Chat, ensuring they solve real problems, integrate with workflows, and deliver measurable business value.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the product roadmap for AI Assistants, including Bauer AI Chat
- Lead cross-functional discovery, workshops, and process mapping to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
- Conduct feasibility, risk, and impact assessments to build data-driven business cases for proposed initiatives
- Own the rapid experimentation and prototyping, testing, and iterating to validate use cases
- Partner with engineering and data teams to translate ideas into technical requirements and product features
- Bridge business and technology teams by translating operational needs into actionable technical requirements
- Partner with the Julia, our Change Director to drive internal AI education, adoption, and champion networks
- Lead AI Champion activities, including training, pilot programs, feedback loops, and demos across the organization
What you'll bring to the team:
- 5+ years in product management (AI, data or automation experience preferred)
- Strong experience running discovery workshops and process mapping
- Proven ability to run rapid prototypes or experiments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in change, adoption or upskilling programmes is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
