About The Role
We are looking for a Production Operative to work for our Bauer Media Outdoor Technic team.
BMOT is our manufacturing line of business based in Bolton, dedicated to the design and production of our digital advertising screens.
This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for assembling large‑format screens and mechanical/electrical sub‑assemblies, following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high‑quality products safely and efficiently.
Working as part of a team, you will help achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Manufacture large‑format screens and mechanical/electrical sub‑assemblies.
- Follow standard operation processes for manufacture and test.
- Follow work instructions to manufacture to the best quality.
- Manual lifting; crane/hoist for a maximum 350 kg.
- Work at height and use correct PPE.
- Operate an electric pallet truck.
- Work as part of a team to hit daily/weekly targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing disciplines, such as mechanical assembly and testing.
- Hand tool experience preferred (rivet gun, impact driver, sealant gun).
- Computer‑based skills are favourable.

- Flexible working – our current working hours are 7:00 am to 4:50 pm, Monday to Thursday.
These hours are part of a trial period and are not contractual, meaning they can be amended or withdrawn at any time to meet business needs.
The standard contracted working hours for this role are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
