We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different delivery and construction departments UK wide. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes.
  • Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates.
  • Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased practices.
  • Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimise processes and report on hiring effectiveness.
  • Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives.
  • Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels.
  • Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations.
