About the role...
We are looking for a high-performing Strategy Analyst to join our Bauer Media Outdoor Strategy team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the company's highest-profile strategic priorities across the UK and Europe.
You will help shape the future of Bauer Media Outdoor by supporting projects spanning commercial growth, business development, corporate growth and strategic transformation.
The role offers exposure to senior leadership across multiple countries and provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Strategy
- Support the development and execution of Bauer Media Outdoors's strategic priorities.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis across multiple European markets.
- Build business cases for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Produce high-quality presentations and materials for Executive Leadership and Board discussions.
- Commercial Strategy
- Analyse revenue performance, pricing, yield and commercial opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer analysis, market trends and competitive benchmarking.
- Support strategic projects aimed at improving revenue, profitability and commercial effectiveness.
- Strategic Projects
- Work alongside project managers and business leaders to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Structure complex problems into clear analytical workstreams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Data & Insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and management reporting.
- Translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Product.
- Build relationships across multiple European markets.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarising projects and key activities
- Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- You'll have some work experience and ideally have worked in an analysis/research role. You'll be able to tell a story with data and be curious about commercial strategy.
- You'll be confident pulling together Power Point presentations, gathering information from across the business and hosting large internal meetings.
- You'll be self sufficient and proactive, you'll be comfortable independently finding data from conventional and unconventional sources and sharing your findings
