If you’re looking for a job that can be flexible to suit your needs outside of work, then a role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) can provide just that. You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients' adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters are clean for our local communities to use all year round.
You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the area of Hertfordshire and can manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you (following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning). It is a physically demanding job and does require you to work outdoors in all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zone working alone on the round, just you and your van. You just need to pop into our Sawtry branch every 2 weeks to restock and to hear our latest company updates.
You’ll be provided with a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping high streets, residential areas, and rural areas. Dedicated training and support will be available to help get you started.
Requirements:- Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
- Driving experience using medium sized vans
- Remote/lone working experience - unsupervised
- The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
- Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
- Flexibility of working hours

- You have no commuter costs, so you’ll save significantly on travelling to work
- A decent salary of £28,000 for a job that works for you
- We pay a 2% quarterly bonus and 3% yearly bonus
