We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different delivery and construction departments UK wide. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes.
- Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates.
- Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions.
- Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased practices.
- Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimise processes and report on hiring effectiveness.
- Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives.
- Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels.
- Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance.
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations.
