About the role: Our client base is varied so you’ll work on consumer-led projects across different industries, making this role broad and interesting. Day to day you will be working closely with the sales team to identify what research projects they would benefit from, providing the foundation that our sales pitches will be built on, making this role vital to our commercial success. This is a maternity cover and you will be joining us on a 12 months FTC.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with sales to create insight-driven pitch narratives and strengthen sales arguments
- Coach sales teams on how to apply insights effectively
- Work with clients to scope, negotiate, and agree research projects
- Own research projects end-to-end (briefing, commissioning, delivery)
- Design, script, and interpret online surveys/questionnaires
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Produce reports and present findings internally and externally
- Develop engaging ways to communicate research outcomes
What we are looking for:
- Naturally curious, commercially minded, and confident in presenting to clients/partners
- A strong understanding of the media sales process and where insight adds value
- Experience in media-related research projects, including:
- Building commercially focused, insight-led pitches
- Using tools like TGI, Touchpoints, and AdIntel
- Turning raw research into actionable commercial insights
