About the role
As a Maintenance Operative you will provide a hands-on service for all of the company activities including the following:
- Posting of advertising units
- Depot work
- Cleaning and roof washing of the shelters
- Gardening
- Painting and minor maintenance of advertising structures
The primary function of this role will be maintenance for our London, Essex, Kent. The work is required to be carried out to set specifications and timescales. The role may involve lone working or as part of a team.
What the role entails:
- Maintaining advertising structures
- Posting advertising units, cleaning, painting, and minor maintenance
- Adhering to work schedules and reporting any issues to the Team Leader
- Recording work and reporting damages via the Wave system
- Performing daily vehicle safety checks and keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy
- Following all company procedures, specifications, and Health and Safety guidelines
What we're looking for:
- Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
- Driving experience using high top vans
- Remote/lone working experience - unsupervised
- The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
- Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
