Shape Us!What will the role involve As the Estate Manager you will build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords (private or local authority across multiple formats) to ensure delivery of agreed contractual requirements and company priorities. You will know and understand your customer\’s needs and requirements, and you will collaboratively own the relationship with them, including the processing of new orders and communicating their delivery.You will also support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. This includes overseeing site surveys, tracking progress, monitoring contractor performance and maintaining accurate site and project data. You will help ensure that construction delivery aligns with contract terms and operational SLAs, escalating any risks or issues where necessary.Working alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager you will create a strong team, enlisting support from the appropriate Operations & Construction Managers where needed.The role will cover contracts in a geographical area in the South of England including and can based at our London, Petersfield, Dartford and or Sawtry.Key Accountabilities To be fully aware of all contractual requirements within their areas of responsibility, including operational SLAsMonitor and provide feedback to agreed standards and requirementsIdentify any potential problems with contract delivery, making recommendations on solutions in collaboration with local Operations Manager or the Head of DeliverySupport the Construction Management team with the build process, including Site Surveys, contractor liaison, installation readiness, and remedial actions as requiredTo review and make recommendations to the relevant Partnership Manager on specific contractual and/or estate requirements that fully maximise the profitability of any given contractBuild great relationships and make sure we deliver on our contractual commitmentsDriving new choice sales opportunitiesEnsure all site and project data held on Company systems is accurate and complete, tracking site status, build specifications, and contract complianceWho are you? Experience of customer relationship management (having worked with or in Local Authorities would be nice to have)Strong Negotiation skillsGood commercial acumenHighly organised with a proactive approach to your workExceptional Communication skillsFoster a collaborative teamwork approachSystem knowledge, excel, word, and ability to learn internal systemsFull UK Driving licenseWhat\’s in it for you?
