The difference you will make: As an Account Manager, you will take personal revenue responsibility for a number of accounts as well as the responsibility to grow business across the Exeter and Somerset territory for the Bauer portfolio.
Your role: Our advertising clients are central to everything we do. As an Account Manager, you'll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Executing Bauer's commercial strategy.
- Growing group revenues across Exeter and Somerset and the wider Bauer portfolio.
- Managing advertising inventory and pricing.
- Developing key internal and external customer relationships.
- Achieving personal and team revenue targets.
The Skills you will bring:
- Previous experience in a sales environment or similar.
- Experience achieving both personal and team revenue targets.
- Proficiency in technology such as a CRM system.
- Interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust.
Working Pattern/Location: This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home, your local office and travelling the territory assigned to this role. A car allowance is included to cover travel costs.
