This isn't a traditional audit environment. We operate with a flat structure, minimal hierarchy, and a strong focus on efficiency and real impact. Everyone gets involved, works closely together, and contributes directly to delivering meaningful insight to the business. We see ourselves as partners to the business, not just an assurance function. That means regular interaction with senior stakeholders, exposure to leaders across the organisation, and the opportunity to build relationships that truly shape how Bauer operates.

You won't just follow a rigid audit plan – you'll work flexibly across a wide range of topics, responding to where the biggest risks and opportunities are.
